Welcome to BabyTag App (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (as updated, the latest version shall prevail). If you do not agree, please immediately stop using the App.
The App provides AI-based book content generation, editing, typesetting, and export functions. All generated content is automatically produced by AI models and may contain factual errors, biases, or inappropriate content. Users must judge for themselves and bear the risks of use.
3.1 You may need to register an account to use certain features.
3.2 You must provide true and accurate registration information and bear full responsibility for account security.
3.3 It is prohibited to transfer, sell, or share your account with others.
4.1 Prompts you input through the App and content you edit yourself belong to you.
4.2 For content automatically generated by AI, copyright ownership shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. In general, you have the right to use the final book content generated through lawful use of the App, but we do not guarantee that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
4.3 You must not use the App to generate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, hate speech, or other content that violates public order and good morals.
4.4 We have the right to review, delete, or restrict the dissemination of any content that violates laws, regulations, or these Terms.
You promise not to engage in the following conduct:
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping the App's code or AI models;
• Using the App to bulk generate spam content, engage in brushing, or commit commercial fraud;
• Attacking or interfering with the App's servers or related services;
• Any illegal conduct or conduct that infringes the legitimate rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access rights at any time, especially in cases of serious violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (subject to modification if the launch region differs). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the company registration location for litigation.
We have the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will take effect upon publication in the App or on the official website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
